- 4 Large tomatoes slices
- 6 tsp parmesan cheese
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp oregano
- 2 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped,
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. Line the baking tray with olive oil
- Place the tomato slices on the baking tray. Sprinkle with cheese, bread-crumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 min until cheese turns light brown
